Most people have taken or will take the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator at least once in their life. The MBTI is a personality test that determines your psychological preferences, how you view the world, and how you make decisions. Recently, I've been doing research involving my senior project at university, which has lead me to taking it online. I was very impressed and intrigued by the results. Here is one online that I enjoyed taking, because it offers a lot of information about your personality, such as strengths and weaknesses, romantic relationships, and famous people who have the same personality as you. Summer Ready

Sorry for my little blogging break last weekend. It was my 22nd birthday and I just wanted to focus on spending time with my lovely friends and family! There is a festival in town this weekend and the sun has been shining everyday, so I thought this look was very appropriate.

Spring/Summer 2017 Trends

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter weekend if you celebrate Easter! I, on the other hand, have been working and doing homework all weekend, but sometimes that's just how it goes.

I thought it was about time we discuss some of Spring/Summer's hottest trends. Spring is such an exciting time to re-vamp your closet and inject a little color and fun. I always feel incredibly inspired by the blooming flowers, the crisp air, and the warm sun. The trends below are the perfect embodiment of those things, that you can actually wear. So get in the spring state of mind!

The Corset: From The 16th Century to The 21st

Who wouldn't want to take a trip back in time to the 16th century when extravagant gowns and bouffant hair were at their height? Although we'd all love to be lords and ladies for a day, a heavy hoop skirt and layers of heavy fabric wouldn't be the most practical for driving cars or going to the grocery store.

Since it's one of the biggest trends of the season, I've decided to take the corset into my own hands and make it my own.

On Trend: The Ebroidered Bomber

Today I wanted to introduce a new type of post that I will be incorporating into my blog every now and then. I'm calling it the On Trend series. I will pick one trendy item for a particular season and then create an outfit around it.

For this first On Trend post, I decided to go with one of my all time favorite trends of the year, the bomber. This one in particular is an embroidered bomber, which are very on trend, especially for this fall and winter. I chose a black bomber with an almost asian inspired embroidery on both the front and back from Zaful. This jacket has quickly become one of my favorite jackets for everyday. It's easy to throw on, like most bombers, and the colors goes with everything, of course.
