Summer Ready

Good morning lovelies,

Sorry for my little blogging break last weekend.  It was my 22nd birthday and I just wanted to focus on spending time with my lovely friends and family!  Thank you to all of those who left me lovely birthday wishes on Facebook and Instagram.  You guys are the best! For this week's fashion post, I thought I would go for a more summery look.  There is a festival in town this weekend and the sun has been shining everyday, so I thought this look was very appropriate.  

To start off my outfit, I went for a very bright, summery tank top from Zara, in a gorgeous red shade.  I paired it with my oh-so perfect Topshop mom jeans, which you've seen a million times by now.  These two created my base.

For my accessories, I'm wearing my bee necklace as always, a gold bracelet my mom gave me, and a ring from target.  Bag wise, I chose my green studded beauty from Monroe Boutique, (which I got to match with my bestie, Joud, when she came to visit me for my birthday!)  I love the green and gold combo and I think it is a great compliment to the red, without looking too Christmassy.

The shoes I chose to finish of this outfit, are my furry slides from Ego, which are an amazingly affordable alternative to the Gucci loafers.  I've been loving these as an easy slip-on-and-go shoe recently.  They're super comfy, and the slip-on loafer trend is one I'm really into!
