Hello lovelies,

Hope you’re having a nice Sunday. If you’re in London, I hope you’re finally enjoying some snow! (I’m feeling very left out as you all know how much I love snow.) This week has been spent shooting new content and getting more creative with reels. I'm starting to enjoy video content more, so I hope you guys are enjoying it too. Check out my Instagram to see what I’ve been up too.

For this blog post, I wanted to talk about some trends to look out for in spring 2021, and especially focus on ones you probably already have in your closet. These trends will refresh your style without having to spend too much.

In the Trenches

Trench coats are the coat of this season. I’ve always been a fan, but I’ve already added a couple new ones to my spring wardrobe...oops. They’re great pieces for layering and protecting your outfit from the inevitable April showers.

Belt It

I’ve been a fan of accentuating my waist for as long as I can remember, but this season expect to see it a whole lot more. Find yourself a statement belt or two, to add a little extra flare to your spring look.

Denim Dreams

Denim isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. In fact, the more denim, the merrier this season. I went for a head-to-toe denim look for this outfit. Get experimental with the denim in your wardrobe and combining different pieces for a refreshing new take on this staple we all know and love.

Bold Shoulder

Statement shoulders and sleeves were popping up here and there last season, but they’re a staple for spring 2021 wardrobes everywhere. Let your sleeves do the talking this season and dig out all your 80s-inspired pieces.

Vest Dressed

Sweater vests are probably the most unexpected trend of 2021, but they’re not just for the nerdy characters in your favourite tv shows anymore. They are the perfect layering piece for keeping you warm on the chillier days, and they are great for showing off your statement sleeves, as mentioned above.

Thank you so much for reading this week’s blog post. I hope you enjoyed it and are now hunting in your closet for this season’s fashion inspiration. Check out Lucy’s Instagram for more amazing photography skills. A special thanks goes to her for taking these shots. I can’t wait to shoot with her again. Anyway, hope you all have a lovely and productive week ahead and check back next week for a new post.
