Happy Sunday my fellow fashionistas,

How are you all doing on this dreary Sunday? Hopefully you've had a restful and fun filled weekend. As per request, I thought I would highlight some of my beloved shoes and some cheeky little tips I used to build my current shoe collection.

Be Daring

Shoes make up a category where I really feel like anyone can shine. You can wear the most basic jeans with a plain white t-shirt, but an exciting pair of shoes can completely transform and elevate any outfit. If you're scared of branching out in any other area of your wardrobe, shoes are the way to go!

For me, I find so much joy in an exciting pair of shoes and often feel as though they complete a whole look. They're very much like the cherry on top of the cake, as they say.

Comfort is Key

A main component in my shoe collection is comfort. If it's over 3" I typically won't buy it. I know that if a heel is too high or the shoe slips off when I walk, then I won't enjoy wearing them and definitely won't get my monies worth.

Variety is Exciting

I try to keep a variety within my wardrobe when it comes to my shoes. Of course, I have my favorite styles that tend to recur a bit, but I try to aim for different colors, shapes, and styles just so I have a great selection when choosing what will compliment each outfit the best.
